My photo session bucket list for 2026!
Top of my list… you know it, goats!!! I want to do a couple of family sessions with the goats or among other farm animals!
Other ideas that I really want your help marking it off my list:
- Pool or lake session as the summer approaches
- Saturday morning session (think cozy at home, making breakfast with your kids, snuggles, pillow fights, etc.)
- Baking session embracing the mess and tiny hands covered in flour and cookie dough
- Ice cream outing (kids with cones in each hand, the whole family feeding each other, ice cream dripping down chins, etc.)
- Park play dates with kids swinging, mom and date sliding with their littles, monkey bars, and letting everyone just play, play, play
I’m SO excited for these sessions and I need your help to make them happen.
I’ll have all the details next week, but I want to know which one of these ideas sounds the most fun for your family!

Yesterday my littlest one was sitting in my bed eating a yogurt and he says to me, “I love our home. Can this be our home forever?”
There could always be a little more room, some updated house projects, etc. I think his words prove that the simple things matter.
Giving them a place where they feel freedom and structure. Warm and cozy. They can be their true self through laughter and tears.
Providing for and taking care of a child(ren) is certainly not without its hard moments and days, but it’s such a privilege and a joy to be a mama.
